本文讨论了能控广义系统与不能控广义系统集之间的距离间题,得出了该距离的下界估计式及相应的算法.
In this note we discuss the distance between a singular system (E, A, B) and the set of uncontrollable systems, and present the lower and the upper bounds of this distance and the corresponding algorithm.
