摘要
目的 :探讨自身结膜瓣带角膜缘上皮移植治疗翼状胬肉的效果。方法 :追踪观察及分析翼状胬肉4 2例、5 0眼用自身结膜瓣带角膜缘上皮干细胞移植手术后的疗效。结果 :5 0眼术后 2～ 3d角膜上皮修复 ,睁眼运动自如 ,结膜充血 1～ 3周消退 ,结膜移植瓣平坦 ,生长良好 ,随访观察 3～ 30月。植片全部存活 ,角膜透明 38眼 ,占 76 % ;角膜云翳 12眼 ,占 2 4 % ;视力提高 30眼 ,占 6 0 % ;无视力变化 2 0眼 ,占 4 0 % ;复发 3眼 ,占6 %。结论 :自身结膜瓣带角膜缘上皮移植手术简单、有效、安全可靠 ,复发率低 ,是治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法之一。
Objective:To study the effect of the epithelium autograft by a piece of conjunctiva with the corneal edge to cure pterygium. Method:42 cases(50 eyes) were performed the epithelium stem cell autograft by a piece of conjunctiva with the corneal edge to cure pterygium and were made a follow-up observation and an analysis.Result:After 2 to 3 days,the corneal epithelium of 50 eyes were repaired.The patients can open their eyes freely.Conjunctiva-congestion disappeared after 1 to 3 weeks.The transplanted conjunctival pieces were smooth and grew well.During the follow-up of 3 months to 2 years,all transplanted pieces survived.76 percent of the eyes were corneal transparence(38 eyes);24%of the eyes were slight corneal opacity(12 eyes);60% of the eyes increased vision (30 eyes);40% of the eyes had no change (20 eyes);6% of the eyes had recurrence(3 eyes). Conclusion:The epithelium autograft by a piece of conjunctiva with the corneal edge to cure pterygium is simple,effect,safe with low recurrence rate.
