摘要
目的 :探讨悬雍垂腭咽成形术 (uvulopalatopharyngoplasty ,UPPP)中咽腔黏膜的处理方法。方法 :2 9例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (obstructionsleepapneasyndrome ,OSAS)患者用改良的咽腔黏膜处理方法。结果 :2 9例患者中 2 3例 (77.9% )疗效显著 ,6例效果不明显。结论 :采用改良的咽腔黏膜处理方法 ,疗效可靠 。
Objective:To explore the right treatment way of oropharynx mucosea in uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP). Method: Twenty-nine patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) had received the improved treatment of oropharynx mucosa. Result: The treatment result of 23 patients (77.9%) were to be reasonably satisfactory. Six failed. Conclusion: The improved treatment of oropharynx mucosa is effective and can prevent the nasopharyngeal stenosis.
