摘要
目的:观察荣肌片治疗假肥大型进行性肌营养不良症的临床疗效。方法:200例患者随机分为2组治疗。治疗组150例根据益气养血、健脾补肾、荣肌长肉的治则,以荣肌片治疗;对照组50例以维生素E治疗。观察2组肌电图、肌酶谱检查及临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.7％,显效率为92.0％;对照组总有效率8.0％,显效率为0。2组疗效比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:荣肌片治疗假肥大型进行性肌营养不良症有良好疗效。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Rongji Pian (RP) for pseudohypertrophic progressive myodystrophy (PPM). Methods: 200 cases of PPM were allocated randomly to treatment group (150 cases treated by RP) and control group (50 cases treated by vitamin E). The electromyograph, muscular enzyme spectrum and the improvement of symptoms in two groups were observed. Results: The total effective rate was 98. 7% and markedly effective rate was 92. 0% in treatment group, and 8. 0% and 0 respectively in control group ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: RP possesses a good effect for PPM.
