摘要
大学校长最重要的素质当属治校理念 ,如何将治校理念贯穿于权力的行使之中 ,并与治校风格、治校艺术统一起来 ,在很大程度上决定着治校的成败。我国高校办学大都缺乏特色 ,原因之一是不少高校领导人缺乏治校理念。
The most important quality of a university president is his belief on management. The way he integrates this belief into the exercise of his power, to a degree, decides success or failure of the management. Most of China's universities do not have characteristics, one of the reasons being the lack of belief. Now is the time to fertilize the soil to grow great educators.
