摘要
在H2 SO4溶液中 ,采用密封微波消解水样 ,分光光度法于 35 0nm测定过量Cr(Ⅵ ) ,建立了间接测定化学需氧量的新方法 .样品处理时间由原来的 2h缩短为 3min ,该法具有操作简便 ,测定快速等优点 .已用于废水中COD的测定 。
A new method for indirectly determining chemical oxygen demand in waster water is described. The method is based on the determination of excess Cr (Ⅵ) in H 2SO 4 digestion solution by spectrophotometry at 350?nm. The digestive time is shortened from two hours to three minutes by using microwave digestion method. The method has many advantages such as simple operation and rapid monitoring. It has been applied to the determination of COD in wastewater. The results are in good agreement with literature method.
