摘要
随着我国加入世界贸易组织,进一步加快我国高等院校依法治校进程显得愈来愈重要.本文分析了新形势下高校依法治校的必要性、紧迫性,提出了加快高校依法治校进程的对策建议.
With the enrollment of China into WTO, it is becoming more and more important and impendent for its institutes of higher learning to be managed under the law. This essay analyzes and expatiates the importance and impendence of the management of higher institutes under the law in the new situation, and thereby gives out some advice and countermeasures.
