摘要
经济利益是社会主义经济发展的根本推动力,继续推进国有企业改革必须重视调整国家、企业和个人之间的经济利益关系,即进一步完善社会保障体系,调整企业内部的经济利益关系以及建立有效的利益制衡机制。
The economic benifit is basic motive force of economic develoment of socialism, national en-terpri ses reform being pushing up continuously must emphsis the economic benefit relationship among nation , enterprise and individual, that is to perfect social insurement system , injust inner ralationship of e-conomic benifit of enterprises and build effective benefit balance system.
