摘要
本文从我国目前的政治、经济实际情况出发 ,指出我国应保留死刑 ,但须严格限制死刑的适用 ,特别是减少死刑的实际执行 。
According to the current situation of politics and economy in our country, this paper points out that capital punishment should be retained, but its application should be strictly restricted, especially its actual execution. At the same time we should strengthen the international co operation on the Capital Punishment issue.
