摘要
从区域城镇体系规划角度 ,提出生态与环境规划应作为其工作的重要内容之一 ,阐述了生态环境规划在城镇体系规划层次的主要内容 ,并提出生态与环境规划在城镇体系规划中的深度建议以及区域生态与环境评价指标体系。
This paper wants to point it out that environment and ecology planning should be the important part of regional urban system planning. Some advices and the evaluation indexes system are also raised on it.
