摘要
本文采用微波消解—氢化物发生原子荧光法测定污泥中的汞,研究了微波消解的最佳条件,与同类型的分析方法进行了比较。实验结果表明,本方法简便快速,荧光强度和汞浓度在0~30μg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.12μg/kg,相关系数r=0.9998,回收率介于94.4%~102.4%之间,相对偏差不超过32%。
The Hg in sludge was measured by microwave decomposition-hybride atomic fluorescent method. Optimizing condition and the comparison with other analysis was studied. Results showed that this method is simple and fast, the fluorescent strength is linear related with Hg concentration in the range of 0~30.0μg/L, measuring limit is 0.12μg/kg, relative index r=0.9998, recovery rated within 94.4%~102.4%, relative deviation is not exceed 3.2%
