摘要 综述了疾病基因的发病机制和基因重组技术在疾病诊断和治疗中的应用 .基因重组技术作为分子生物学发展的一个重要领域 ,它为生命科学的理论研究提供了崭新的技术手段 ,也为工农业生产和现代医学的发展开辟了广阔的前景 . As an important field in the development of molecular biology, genetic recombination technique not only provides a new technical means to the theoretical study of life science, but also exploits the wide foreground for the development of industrial and agricultural productions and medical field. This paper summarizes the genetic pathogenesis of diseases and the application of genetic recombination technique in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
