摘要
针对急倾斜厚煤层特点,采用数值仿真方法,研究了侧向放煤规律,提出了急倾斜侧向放煤协同最优控制开采原理、工艺过程和特殊的顶底板控制技术,对于厚度在3~8m的急倾斜煤层,将工作面布置成伪倾斜状,采用自制的柔性掩护支架成功地实现了侧向放煤开采,回采率达%%以上.介绍了爆破落煤、支护与移架方式、侧向放煤和运煤等工艺.
Numerical simulation method is used to study the lateral sublevel caving regular pattern for the large dip angle thick seam. The optimial synergetic control mining theory is put up, the new technique process and supporting techniques for roof and floor in working face are researched . Practices in some flexible shielding method on the false-inclined flexible shield working faces show that the techniques can make the recovery ratio more than 96%.The article clso introduces the coal fallen by exploding, the way of supporting and moving stand, and the technology of falling coal along side and transportation.
