摘要
顶板离层是煤巷锚杆支护巷道最大的安全隐患,在回采工作面两巷设置顶板离层监测点,并在整个回采期间对巷道顶板离层进行全程跟踪监测,是消除锚杆支护巷道安全隐患最有效的措施之一。本文重点介绍了煤巷锚杆支护巷道顶板离层产生的主要原因和形式,顶板离层的观测、成果整理及临界值确定方法,另外还介绍了所开发的锚杆支护质量监测系统软件特点与使用方法。
The roof separation is the great safe peril in bolter support roadways. Setting supervision spot at the two roadways of workface and putting up entirely monitor during the work period are the very effective way to avoid disaster in bolter support roadway. In the paper, the cause and form of bolter support roadway, the observation of roof separation, the processing of data and the method of determining the critical value are introduced. In addition, the character and method of using the bolter support quality monitor software is also interpreted.
