虚拟现实中数控铣床操作培训的人机工效分析(英文) 被引量:2

摘要 近十年来 ,虚拟现实技术已逐步被应用在培训的应用中并获得了传统的培训方法所无法实现的效果 .但是 ,要建立一个成功的虚拟现实培训环境并不那么容易 ,首先是由于设备的成本太高 ,而更主要的是缺乏一般的解决方案去实现具体的培训系统 .本文研究作为实验性的虚拟现实数控铣床操作培训效果 ,通过人员培训的数据分析学习任务的完成情况 ,数据分析的结果显示在这样的环境下培训特定的任务可以显著地提高效率 ,并且人员培训后获得的技能可以很快转移到真实的操作中 . Over the past decade VR has been applied in many training, which is more efficient than traditional training. However, setting up a successful VR training environment is not so affordable due to the costly equipment and the difficulty in finding general solutions to the implement a specific training system. This paper investigated the training effect of the pilot CNC milling machine training system through experiments assessing the task performance. The results indicate the significant improvement achieved by the trainees as well as the positive training transfer from a virtual training environment to a real world task.
