摘要
介绍了断路器导电回路的电阻测量的常见方法,主要介绍了微欧仪的测量原理。微欧仪采用了恒流源技术,有较大的测量电流。微欧仪利用四端钮接技术有效地减少了引线电阻和接触电阻的影响,采用高精度,低噪声的仪用放大器,有效地减少了测量误差,从而提高了测量精度。
Several ways of measuring contact resistance of circuit breaker are introduced in this paper, and the μΩ instrument is mainly discussed. The μΩ instrument applies the technology of constant current source,which produces great current. Four segment connecting method is adopted,so as to reduce the effects of resistance and contact resistance of lines. Measurement errors are alleviated and measurement precision is improved by using highly accurate,low noise instrument amplifiers.
