摘要
研究了等离子喷涂两层热障涂层在大气和真空环境下 ,经 110 0℃不同时间扩散处理后相结构的变化。结果表明 ,喷涂过程中 ,Zr O2 发生 M相→T相转变 ;经大气环境扩散处理后 ,Zr O2 发生 T相→M相转变 ,Ni Cr Al Y相被氧化形成 Al2 O3和 Ni Al2 O4 相 ,同时 r′- Ni3Al相有强烈的择优取向。
The phase transformation of duplex thermal barrier coatings were studied at 1100℃ during different annealing time in air or vacuum by plasma spraying.The results show that the ZrO 2 transformation from M phase to T phase during plasma spraying and from T phase to M phase after annealing in air.It was also revealed that NiCrAlY layer is partially oxidized forming Al 2O 3 and NiAl 2O 4 phases ,and obvious anisotropy is discovered in r′ Ni 3Al phase.
