摘要
利用 Formastor- Digital全自动相变测量仪测定了钢的临界点和过冷奥氏体等温转变曲线 ,研究了该钢的回火工艺。结果表明 :该钢没有珠光体区 ,经淬火 +430℃中温回火后 。
The critical points and the overcooling austenite isothermal transformation diagram of ciroular chain steel in coal mine mine machine were measured by using automatic transformations testing instrument (formastor digital).The tempering technology were studied.The results showed there is not pearlite area in this steel and the microstructure were tempering martensite and bainite after quenching and tempering at mid temperature.
