摘要
目的:观察在吸入麻醉中 ,麻醉气体吸附器的吸附率及影响因素。 方法:在基本相同的麻醉条件下 ,6 0例病人随机分为异氟醚组、安氟醚组 ,每组根据氧流量再分为 a、b、c3个组 ,氧流量分别为 0 .5、1、2 L/ m in。观察并记录麻醉气体吸附器对异氟醚、安氟醚的吸附率 ,同时观察病人性别、年龄、体重、身高等对吸附率的影响。 结果 :在呼出麻醉气体浓度基本一致时 ,氧流量越大 ,吸附器维持 99%以上吸附率的时间越短 ,并随时间的延长吸附率逐步下降。同时 ,维持相同吸附率的时间和病人年龄呈反比 ,和体重呈正比 ,与病人的性别、身高无关。吸附器对异氟醚和安氟醚的吸附率无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :在吸入麻醉中保持较小氧流量 ,应用麻醉气体吸附器时 ,维持高吸附率的时间较长。同时 ,可以根据氧流量、患者性别、身高等估计麻醉气体吸附器的更换时间 。
Objective: To observe the absorptivities of anesthetic gas absorber and its effected factors in inhalation anesthesia. Method: 60 patients (ASA1 2) were randomly divided into two groups,group 1 absorbed with isoflurane and group 2 with enflurane; each group was also randomly divided into three groups (a?b?c) according to the flash oxygen flow, which was 0.5 L/min?1 L/min?and 2 L/min respectively,then observed the absorptivities of isoflurane and enflurane absorbed by anesthetic gas absorber, at the same time observed the effection to the absorptivities induced by the sex? age? weight and height et al of the patients. Results: At the all most same expired anesthetic gas concentration, the more the flash oxygen flows, the shorter of the time which the anesdthetic gas absorber maintained the absorptivities above 99 percent, and the absorptivities gradually declined as the time went on. The time maintaining the same absorptivities was in inverse ratio to the age and direct ratio to the weight, but had nothing to do with sex and height of the patients. The absorptivities of the isoflurane and enflurane absorbed by anesthtic gas absorber had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusions: during the inhalation anesthesia, keeping the low oxygen flow, the time maintaining high absorptivities will become longer if use anesthetic gas absorber,meanwhile the change of time of the anesthetic gas absorber could be estimated according to the oxygen flow and sex?height of the patient, so as to lessen the contamination of the anesthetic gas.
