摘要
本文在阐述了镁合金优质铸件生产中采用泡沫陶瓷过滤技术的必要性与镁合金对泡沫陶瓷过滤介质在高温化学稳定性方面的特殊要求之后,详细介绍了纯氧化镁质泡沫陶瓷的性能及用这种过滤介质过滤镁合金所达到的技术效果,并就纯氧化镁泡沫陶瓷的过滤行为机理进行了分析。
In this paper, the necessity of filtration of Mg alloy with ceramic foam filters and its particular re- quirements for chemical stability of filter medium were explained, then a new kind of ceramic foam material made of pure magnesia and its good results of filtrating Mg alloy were described in detail. the mechanism of its behaviour of fil- tering off inclusions from Mg alloy was also analyzed.
