摘要
从教务管理在高校教学管理工作中的地位和作用 ,教务管理人员应当具备的素质两方面入手 ,针对当前教务管理队伍中存在的问题 ,如何加强这支队伍建设作一些探讨。
From the two perspectives of the role of teaching affairs management in teaching administration at colleges and universities and the teaching affairs management staff's quality the measures to strengthen the construction of teaching affairs management staff are discussed to solve the present issues.
