摘要
分析技术创新及技术进步、技术开发等与之相关概念范畴的科学定义 ,阐明技术创新的特点及其与创造力之间的关系。
Technology innovation and the scientific definitions such as technology progress and technology development with the concepts and categories concerned are analyzed, meanwhile the characteristics of technology innovation and its relationship to creativity are dealt with.
