摘要
面对国际交往日益频繁的信息社会 ,中国加入WTO意味着对掌握外语的人才要求越来越高。因此提高英语教学水平及效果 ,在大学英语教学中愈显重要。文章针对大班英语教学的局限性 ,对“合作学习”在英语教学中的实际操作与效果进行了探讨。
We are living in an informational society with more and more international exchanges involved, and this is especially true since China has entered WTO. As a result, high standards are set for language learners. So how to improve the effect of English teaching is getting more and more crucial. In view of some difficulties in teaching English to a large group of students, the paper studies how to apply cooperative learning to solve the problem. It focuses on the application and effectiveness of the cooperative learning in English teaching.
