摘要
一、前言当前国内外小型深槽整体精轧辊,一般采用合金铸铁,但由于综合性能差,轧辊断裂、磨损较为严重,因此影响了产品质量和生产率的提高。轧辊的寿命主要取决于轧辊材料的性能。但轧辊的最佳材料日前尚未有定论,而在探索中。例如日本采用锻造白口铸铁(NT轧辊),英国、比利时采用高镍铬钼球铁等。本文针对唐山钢铁公司第四轧钢厂250轧机K_3、K_1架精轧辊出现的问题进行分析。
Synopsis: It is now quite often happened in China that the deep groove integral small finishing rolls are worn unevenly and even broken. According to the broken reason and the alloying principle, a kind of low Ni-Cr-Mo-Bi-Sb chilled ductile cast iron roll has been developed depending upon the functions of the elements to the hardness, tightness, strength and heat-resistance to the roll. According to the result of measurement, the per- formance of the roll has reached or surpassed the performance of Chinese high or medium Ni-Cr-Mo chilled ductile cast iron roll and surpassed Belgian medium Ni-Cr-Mo ductile cest iron roll, corresponding to the performance of high Ni-Cr-Mo buctile cast iron roll described in British Patent No. 10335. During the tast, the ex- tent of roll wear and the cases of roll broken are reduced obviously and the consumption of roll may reduce 25-30%.
