摘要
目的 :保证“虚拟中国人”(VirtualChineseHuman ,VCH)数据集的质量 ,提高数据集中血管显示的对比度。方法 :利用发泡剂将尸体有效地固定 ;对新鲜尸体行CT扫描间隔为 1mm、MRI扫描间隔为 2mm ;进行全身血管灌注。结果 :采集得到清晰的CT图像 172 0幅、MRI图像 780幅 ,分别向头部灌注约2 0 0ml ,向心灌注 2 5 0 0ml填充剂。结论 :“虚拟中国人Ⅰ号”在CT、MRI图像质量方面优于VHP(VisibleHu manProject ,) ,预处理为铣削、组织切片的图像采集及将来的血管显示打下良好基础。
Objective: To assure the quality of Virtual Chinese Human(VCH) data set and to improve the contrast of the vessel of data set. Methods: Cadaveric specimen of VCH was fixed by using vesicant. The 1 mm interval CT scans and 2 mm MRI scans were acquired from the fresh and unfrozen cadaver. Artery perfusion was done in 'Virtual Chinese HumanⅠ'(VCHⅠ) specimen. Results: The data set was got with 1720 pieces of CT images and 780 pieces of MRI images. Conclusions: The image quality of VCHⅠdata set is better than that of VHP. Preprocessing the cadaver gave the good foundation of cryomacrotoming, sectioning, image collecting and vessel displaying in the next step.
