“中模架衬套”是高压容器厂生产氧气瓶设备的主要配套构件。根据全加工要求,我厂采用整体分型度开圈造型,其顶部设置一只明项冒口进行衬缩,浇注系统采用阶梯式多层内浇口,创造顺序凝固条件,从而获得健全的铸件。
The bush of the middle frame is a main part of the machine to produce oxygen bottle in a high pressure container factory. From 1979 to 1985 three batches of this casting have been produced. No dispersed shrinkage, blowhole and crack will be allowed in the casting. It does not undergo non-destructive inspection but needs to be all machined. So the solid pattern and multiple-part molding technology is used. At the top of the mould, an open riser is needed to feed the casting and it can also play a part of venting and deslagging. In order to get the favourable temperature gradient to ensure the directional solidificatsion, the step gating system is recommened. All of these emthods allow to get the castings in good quality.
