摘要
本文立足于经济欠发达地区资金外流问题 ,以安徽省西北部城市阜阳市作典型分析 ,从金融资源配置角度探讨经济欠发达地区资金外流趋势的主客观原因 ,并评价这一现象出现对当地经济金融发展的影响 ,从而提出保持欠发达地区经济金融健康稳定发展的政策建议。
This paper studies the fund outflow in Fuyang City, Anhui Province, an under developed area. Based on financial resources allocation, this paper reveals the causes and effects of this outflow trend. Three suggestions, including state-owned financial sector reform, creditworthiness improvement and monetary policy guidance are generated from the analysis.
