摘要
在当前国内资本市场快速发展以及我国金融业国际化步伐加快的形势下 ,积极拓展以投资银行业务为核心的资本市场业务是国有商业银行增强竞争力的战略选择。本文分析了资本市场发展带给我国银行业的挑战和机遇 ;阐述了国有商业银行拓展资本市场业务的必要 ;列举了国有商业银行开展投资银行业务的优势和潜力 ;并从合法合规角度提出国有商业银行拓展以投资银行业务为核心的资本市场业务的定位、业务发展模式等。
With the rapid development of domestic capital market and the accelerating pace of internationalization of China's financial industry, state-owned commercial banks should take important strategic measures to develop their capital markets businesses (especially investment banking business_ so as to strengthen their competitive edge. In this paper, we analyze the challenges and opportunities proposed by the capital markets development, stress the necessity for the state-owned commercial banks to develop capital markets businesses, conclude some advantages and potentials of state-owned commercial banks in the investment banking businesses, and finally propose some suggestion of the business development framework and model.
