摘要
利用相似理论和模型试验方法,建立了砂型中膨润土烧损的数学模型,揭示了膨润土烧损率与砂型所受热作用温度及时间成自然对数的指数函数关系。膨润土烧损的模拟计算,为建立湿型循环砂质量控制系统提供了膨润土定量分析基础。
Abstract
According to the similarity theory and the method of model test, a mathematical model of bentonite burnout has been established . It reveals the physical essence of bentonite burnout, which has e-function with the temperature and time of heating effect of sand mould. It is the besis of quantitative analysis of bentonite in the sand system for establishing the quality control system of cycle green sand.
