摘要 应用模糊回归分析方法,对影响高碳当量灰铸铁强度的诸组织因素的分析表明,对强度影响最显著的因素为基体组织的显微硬度,其次为奥氏体枝晶数量、石墨片长度和共晶团数。据此提出的强化高碳当量灰铸铁组织的方案在工厂应用,已生产200t符合要求的铸件。 Abstract Through the analysis method of fuzzy regression, the investigation of structural factors affecting the strength of grey cast iron with high carbon e-quivalent has revealed that, the microhardness of matrix is more marked,then the amount of austenite dendrite and graphite flake size , the last, eutectic cell number. The scheme for reinforcing the stucture of grey cast iron with high carbon equivalent has been recommended and qualified castings of more than 200 t were produced in two foundries.
