摘要
当前 ,不断上升的医疗纠纷案件 ,已成为制约医院发展的一个重要因素。为了更好的避免医疗纠纷 ,必须加强医务人员的法制教育 ,提高医务人员的法律素质 ,增强医务人员依法行医的自觉性 。
Nowadays, the upgrowing medical trouble cases become an important factor to restrict the development of hospitals. To avoid the troubles more efficient and prompt the health development of hospitals,it is important to strengthen the legal education to medics and heighten the legal concentration of medics and reinforce the medics' consciousness to work legally.
