摘要
目的 :探讨染色体异常在遗传咨询者中的发生情况。方法 :取受检者外周血进行淋巴细胞培养 ,常规收获制片 ,G显带处理 ,显微镜下进行染色体分析。结果 :在 12 32例遗传咨询者中共检出染色体异常 6 5例 ,异常检出率为 5 .2 8% ;检出染色体形态变异 5 9例 ,变异检出率为 4 .79%。结论 :妇产科及儿科许多疾病与染色体异常有关 。
Objective To explore the chromosome abnormalities of genetic consulting patients. Methods 1 232 patients' peripheral blood was cultured to obtain metaphase chromosomes with routine technique. The chromosomes were analyed under microscope after G-banding. Results 65 chromosome abnormalities were identified. The chromosome abnormality frequency is 5.28%. 59 chromosome formal aberrations were detected. The rate is 4.79%. Conclusion Chromosome abnormalities are related to many obstetric, gynecological and pediatrics diseases. It's necessary to examine the chromosomes of these patients.
