摘要
目的 :了解十堰农村地区 0～ 6岁儿童意外伤害发生的主要类型和严重程度 ,为制定有效的干预措施提供理论依据。方法 :采用描述性流行病学的方法对十堰市农村 11个自然村在 2 0 0 1年 1月 1日— 2 0 0 1年 12月 31日期间 0 - 6岁儿童意外伤害情况进行了研究。结果 :从 2 0 0 1年 1月 1日到 2 0 0 1年 12月 31日的一年时间中调查区域内 0～ 6岁儿童意外伤害类型前三位是碰伤、摔伤或扭伤 (37.70 % ) ,锐器刺伤或切割伤 (2 4 .5 9% ) ,烧烫伤 (8.6 1% )。伤害造成死亡 1人 ,残疾 2人。调查区域该年度因意外伤害支出医药费 132 4 4 .6 0元 ,每人次 2 2 0 .74元。结论 :2 0 0 1年十堰农村所调查区域内 0～ 6岁儿童意外伤害的类型较多 ,意外伤害是儿童不容忽视的问题 。
Objective To assess the main type and severity level of children unintentional injuries aged 0-6 in countryside in Shiyan City; to provide some theoretical basis for carrying out the effective interventions to reduce the incidence of unintentional injuries of children. Methods The descriptive epidemiology was conducted among these children aged 0-6 who were unintentionally injuried in eleven villages in Shiyan City. Results During the period from January 1,2001 to December 31,2001,the first three types of unintentional injuries of rural children under 6 are collision(37.70%),cut or pierce(24.59%) and burning(8.61%) There were two disabilities and one death. In the studied area, the medical expenditure on children unintentional injuries is 13244.60 RMB. Conclusion There are so many types of rural children's unintentional injuries in the studied villages of Shiyan City that it is a serious problem for children. It's necessary to adopt effective measures to reduce the incidence of unintentional injuries of children.
