摘要
目的 :探讨肾上腺囊肿的微创治疗。方法 :采用B超引导下经皮肾上腺囊肿穿刺抽液 ,无水酒精烧灼囊壁 ,生理盐水反复冲洗囊腔 ,在囊腔内留置少量酒精。结果 :穿刺后复查 6例病人囊肿 3个月消失 ;5例病人囊肿 6个月消失 ;1例病人 6个月时囊肿为原来的 1/ 4。 12例病人均无穿刺手术并发症。结论 :B超引导下经皮肾上腺囊肿穿刺治疗 ,病人无手术痛苦 ,疗效满意。
Objective: To explore the diagnosis and micro wounded therapy with adrenal cyst. Methods: Percutaneos puncture of adrenal cyst and tapping the fluid by using the ultrasonography was performed. The cyst wall was burned with dehydrated alcohol, irrigated with normal saline, and a few dehydrated drops of alcohol was left at last. Results: Follow-up examination after operation, 6 cases with adrenal cyst disappeared in 3 months, 5 cases in 6 months, and one case left quarter of a cyst in the 6th month. All of the cases had no complications. Conclusion: The operation of percutaneous puncture has no open operational pain and is satisfied with a curative effect.
