摘要
目的研究用静脉注射抑肽酶代替控制性降压在髋关节置换术中止血的临床效果。方法选择髋关节置换术 4 0例。随机分为两组 ,检测两组失血量、输血量、手术前后血红蛋白含量、MAP、CVP、CO、HR的变化。结果两组的止血效果相同 ;但静脉注射抑肽酶组避免了控制性降压MAP下降、HR增快的负作用。结论在髋关节置换术中抑肽酶法优于控制性降压法 。
Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of aprotinin-injection(iv) vice control depressurization in hip-joint-replacement.Methods 40 cases which receved planned hip-joint-replacement were selected and randomly devided into two groups,in one of them the control depressurization was used to inhibiting bleeding during the operation and in other one the aprotinin-injection was performed.The volumes of losed and transfused blood,and the Hb,MAP,CVP,CD and HR,were messured pre-and after operation,and the datums were let to get t-text.Results The hemo-static effects in both groups were equal;but the side-effect such as MAP-decreasing and HR-acceleration were avoided in aprotinin group.Conclusion For diminishing bleeding during the operation of hip-joint-replacement,the aprotinin-injection is better than control depressurization.
