摘要
目的探讨铅中毒与一氧化氮 (NO)水平变化的关系。方法选择铅中毒患者 30例 ,正常健康人 2 0例。采用空腹静脉血 ,应用硝酸银还原法检测受检者血清中NO含量。结果铅中毒患者血清NO含量显著低于正常健康人 ,铅中毒患者NO含量按轻、中、重程度不同较正常组逐渐降低。结论铅中毒患者血清NO含量明显降低 。
Objective To investigate relationship of the concentration of nitric oxide (NO) in plasma of patients with lead poisoning.Methods The concentrations of NO in plasma were detected by reduction method in 30 cases with lead poisoning and 20 normal healthy persons.Results The concentrations of NO in plasma were significantly decreased in lead poisoning patients as compared with normal healthy persons.It showed that NO-concentrations were gradually lowering according to severity-degree of poisoning.Conclusion The concentrations of plasma NO in patients with lead poisoning were significantly lower than that in normal persons,and the lowering-degree can reflect the poisonings severity.
