胰腺癌放射治疗进展 被引量:4

摘要 胰腺癌是一种恶性程度较高的消化系统肿瘤,美国统计,居恶性肿瘤所致死亡的第四位.我国上海市统计其发病率近十几年上升约35%~49%.由于胰腺癌起病隐匿,早期诊断困难,手术切除率只有5%~22%,大部分患者只能进行非手术治疗.近十年来,随着放疗设备及放疗技术的提高,放射治疗已成为胰腺癌综合治疗的重要方法之一.
