摘要
采用不同稀土含量的球化剂分别处理了三种典型含硫量的铁水.将处理后的铁水在1300℃下保温,直至出现球化衰退.试验结果揭示了稀土对液态球铁抗衰退能力的影响以及我国生产的球铁中一般稀土残留量高的原因.
In this paper, three kinds of typical base iron containing various levels of sulfur were respectively treated using nodularizers with different RE%.
Then the treated molten iron was held at the temperature of up to 1300℃ until the nodularizing-fade occured.The results revealed the effect of RE on resisting power to nodularizing-fade for liquid ductile iron and explained why the residual RE% in ductile iron inside the country is higher than reasonable content.
