摘要
目的 探讨脾切除术对肝硬化门静脉高压症患者免疫功能的影响。方法 对 2 7例门静脉高压症患者贲门周围血管离断术前、术后 2周、术后 1年分别取周围静脉血测IgG、IgM、补体 (C3 、C4 )、T细胞亚群 (CD3 、CD4 、CD8)的变化。结果 手术前后门脉高压症患者的IgG、IgM、补体 (C3 、C4 )、T细胞亚群 (CD3 、CD4 、CD8、CD4 /CD8)均无显著性变化。
Objective To investigate influence of splenectomy on immune function of patients with portal hypertension Methods Before and 2 weeks after the splenectomy,levels of IgG,IgM,complement C 3 and C 4,T cells susets in peripheral venous blood were determined in 27 patients with portal hypertension. The follow-up was conducted for 1 year.Results The levels of IgG,IgM,and complement C 3 and C 4 and the CD + 3,CD + 4,CD + 8 T lymphocytes showed no remarkable difference between the preoperative and the postoperative.Conclusion In patients with portal hypertension, splenectomy has no significant effects on humoral and cellular immunity.
