介绍了卷绕机电气传动装置的组成、系统恒张力调节原理及自动换卷程序 ,指出了该设备应向智能化的方向发展 ;侧重分析了恒张力卷绕机理及用软件来实现卷绕特性的方法。
The structure of electrical drive unit in spunbonded line, the principle of regulating the permanent tension of system, and the program of automatic changing roll are introduced, and the developing direction toward intellect is point out, and the winding principle with permanent tension and the way for achieving winding special property with software are discussed.
