摘要
研究了加入量小于1%的1~#稀土、铝、铜、锡、锑等元素对灰铸铁抗碱性和机械性能的影响。对抗碱性较强的锑、锡、铜等采用了二次回归正交试验法,探讨了这些元素复合作用下对灰铸铁抗碱性的影响规律。
Abstract
The effects of below 1.0% 1# RE (rare-earth), Al, Cu, Sn and Sb on the alkali resistance and mechanical properties of gray cast hon was separa-tely investigated. By using the experimental method of quadratic regression and orthogonal, the regularity of recombination effect of Sb, Sn and Cu elements on alkali resistance of gray cast iron was discussed.
