摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS5 .7对两种普通啤酒瓶建立起精确的模型 ,在模拟内加压力的情况下对其进行静力分析 ,清晰地反映了它的应力分布。在此基础上 ,我们对啤酒瓶进行了结构优化 ,使其应力分布更为均匀和连续。对啤酒瓶爆炸的原因做出了分析 。
Two accurate models of the common beer bottl are built in using of the finite element analyzing software ANSYS. With the pressure on them, the beer bottl show clearly the distribution of the stress. On the base of it, the structure optimization gets the stress distribution more even. Some of the reasons of explosion of the beer bottle are given. It can give reference for the researching of the new beer bottles.
