摘要
本文对用喷砂处理的竹片作表层材料、芯层用木刨花制成的复合胶合板作了研究,结果表明复合胶合板具有非常高的强度,生产中可采用先将竹片和木单板胶合成一片,再将其和木刨花一次复合成板的工艺。
The properties of composite plywood, Consisted of the face bamboo sheets treated by spraying sand and the core wood particles, are studied. The results show that the composite plywood has very high strength. In practical production, we can adopt such technical processes, i. e. gluing the bamboo sheets with the wood veneer into a whole sheet, and then making the sheets and wood particles into composite plywood.
