摘要
首先通过对烟草企业备件管理现行业务流程的描述 ,分析该业务流程存在的问题 ,然后针对这些问题 ,结给现代科学的管理理论 ,提出了一套建立在计算机辅助管理系统上的新的备件管理业务流程 。
This paper describes current business process of spare parts management in tobacco enterprises and analyzes the shortcomings of the process.Aiming at the limitations and according to modern management theories,the paper presents a new business process based on computer assistant management systems.Emphasis is put on the features of the new process.
