摘要
水液压柱塞泵的滑靴球铰是一对重要摩擦副 ,它的接触比压最大 .由于水的润滑性很差 ,因此水液压柱塞泵的滑靴球铰摩擦副常常出现严重的磨损问题 .由此 ,介绍了两种带静压支承作用的滑靴球铰结构 ,能够在不减少机械接触面积的同时增加液压支承的作用比例 .通过分析表明 ,这种结构使滑靴球铰摩擦副间的接触比压降低30 %以上 ,能够有效地减轻它的磨损 。
Slipper socket is one of the most important friction pairs in water hydraulic piston pump, which endures the highest contact stress in the pump. Due to the bad lubricity of water, slipper socket of water hydraulic pump always encounters serious tribology problems. To ravel out this matter ultimately, new structures of slipper socket were designed introducing hydrostatic bearing in the friction pair, which could increase hydrostatic action, while the contact area did not reduce at the same time. The new structures can cut down 30% of the contact stress between slipper socket pairs. Less abrasion and a long life\|span can be obtained through the structure improvement of the water hydraulic piston pump.
