摘要
建立现代企业制度是实现高校后勤社会化的必然要求。高校后勤实体应以落实法人财产权、实行公司制改革、完善法人治理结构和进行劳动、分配、财务制度改革为重点建立现代企业制度。在实践中要注意正确处理五个方面的关系。
It is necessary for higher institutions to establish modern enterprise systems so that they can realize the socializing reform of their rear service.The establishment of modern enterprise systems for higher institutions' rear service should focus their attention on putting corporate rights into effect;carrying out reforms of the company;perfecting corporate governance and fulfilling the reform of laboring,distributing and financial system.Therefore,the relationship among the five aspects should be dealt with cautiously in practice.
