摘要
提出了一种双输入双输出电流模式多功能滤波电路,采用了零极子等效电路分析法,并用CCⅡ器件实现。该电路具有两个电流输入端和两个电流输出端,不必改变电路结构,可实现高通、带通、低通、全通滤波功能。两个电流输出端口具有较强的带负载能力,且ω0和Q可独立调节。
A current-mode active biquad with two-input and two-output is presented, according to the nullor equivalent circuit a realizing circuits with CCII is also presented in the paper. Without changing the circuit topology, the output currents can realize lowpass, highpass, bandpass, and allpass transfer functions. The output current is cascadable like ideal current source. The (0 and Q can be adjusted easily.
