摘要
十三陵蓄能电厂水泵起动的主要方式为变频器起动 ,背靠背起动是其备用起动方式。机组变频起动过程 ,实际上是电动机依靠定子和转子的电磁力矩作用的同步驱动过程。发电机转子初始位置的判断是变频起动的关键。十三陵蓄能电厂采用机械转子位置传感器 ,在发电机的大轴上装一个齿盘 ,在支架上安装三个传感器探头 ,可随时感受到转子的实际位置 ;对变频器加装了谐波滤波器 ,使厂用电的谐波畸变率从 2 6 9%减少至 4 4 %左右。通过仿真计算和现场调试运行 ,解决了变频器中的主变分流问题。电站自 1995年底投产后 ,机组运行正常 ,起动成功率大于 99%。
The pump of Shisanling Pumped storage Power Plant mainly takes the frequency changing start up way and its standby way is back to back start up. The frequency changing start up process of generating unit actually is a synchronous driving process under the action of electromagnetic moment of the stator and rotor of motor. The judgment of initial position of the rotor of motor is the key to frequency changing start up. The Shisanling Pumped storage Power Plant uses the mechanical rotor's position sensor, that is, a tooth disc is installed in the large axis of generator and three sensor's probes are installed in the support so that it can know the actual positions of rotor at any time. The harmonic wave filter is added to the frequency converter to reduce the distortion ratio of harmonic wave of station service power from 26.9% to about 4.4% . Through the simulation calculation and the field trial operation, the problem of current shunt of main transformer has been solved. Since its operation by the end of 1995, its generating units have operated normally with the start up success rate of over 99%.
