摘要
根据太湖流域引清工作实践 ,阐述了调水工程对改善水环境的作用。同时提出了对引水工程的思考 :应开展引清对下游河道水质的影响评价工作 ;开展点面结合的环境水利规划 ;引清与农业节水相结合 ,可进一步增加区域内的环境效益。
Based on the practice of water diversion to the Taihu Lake, the effect of the project on the improvement of water quality of the Taihu Lake is expounded, and some viewpoints on the project are put forward: it is necessary to evaluate the effect of the project on the improvement of water quality of the lower Taihu Lake and perform a point-surface combined environmental water resources planning; the combination of water diversion with agricultural water-saving may help improve the environmental benefit in this area.
