摘要
从烧结温度、基体晶粒大小、断裂方式、SiC在基体中的分布等几方面研究了纳米SiC颗粒的加入对Al2 O3/TiC复相基体显微结构的影响。实验表明 ,纳米SiC颗粒的加入提高了烧结温度 ,抑制了基体晶粒的异常长大 ,明显细化了晶粒。试样的断裂方式从以沿晶断裂为主转变为以穿晶断裂为主。纳米SiC在基体中分布均匀 ,部分位于晶粒内 ,另一部分位于晶界上。这种显微结构有利于材料力学性能的提高。
The effect of nano-SiC on the sintering temperature was studied .The results show that the introduction of the nano-SiC can improved the sintered temperature.The fracture types of the SiC-Al 2O 3/TiC multiphase ceramic composites were studied by SEM.Due to the introduction of nano-SiC,the fractrure type of this composite materials was mainly transgranular fractrue.The distribution of the nano SiC in the matrix was studied by TEM,Which proves that the microstructrue of the composite materials is mixed type of intergranular and intragranular.Some nano-SiC particles lie in the matrix granular while others lie in the grain of the matrix which is good for improving the mechanical performance.The extending behavior of the flaw in the materials was also studied .The result shows that the nano particles can deflect the flaw.
